Anxi Oolongs

Anxi County is renowned for its lightly roasted oolongs. It is the birthplace of one of China’s most famous teas — Tieguanyin oolong.

Most oolongs from this region are rolled into small spheres, have a light level of oxidation, and offer a floral-fruity aroma profile. They are ideal for long, attentive tasting sessions.
