Shipping and Delivery

Orders are shipped from our warehouse in Beijing, China.

We offer simple and cost-effective flat rates:

• on orders 30-100$ - flat rate 15$
• on orders above 100$ - flat rate 8$

Minimum amount of order is 30$ (excluding delivery).

We usually ship using China Post EMS e-Packet or China Post Air. Usually it takes 2-3 weeks to deliver to most common locations (most of EU countries, USA, Israel). 

After sending the parcel we provide you with a tracking number. You can track it here

Please check your country's customs requirements so we can avoid problems and delays. 

All tariffs, taxes, duties and handling charges that your customs agency and post office add to the shipping cost are the responsibility of the customer.

Please note that Art of Tea Global does not collect or remit VAT, taxes, duties or handling fees! These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer.
