Our Tie Guan Yin is crafted using the classic "Guo Xiang" or "Fruity Aroma" processing technique, valued for its gentle, delicate aroma and smooth taste.
Aroma
Sweet, with notes of apple purée and blooming lilac.
Taste
Fresh and fruity, with a hint of berry tartness and a slight, pleasant astringency that develops over time. It leaves a refreshing and light aftertaste.
Effects and Benefits of Tie Guan Yin
Tie Guan Yin tea leaves have a rich composition of catechins, antioxidants, vitamins, minerals, and pectins, all of which can have positive effects on the body with regular consumption. The effects vary depending on the tea’s strength. When brewed gently, Tie Guan Yin relaxes, refreshes, clears the mind, and brings positivity and calm – perfect for evening enjoyment without impacting sleep. When brewed more strongly, it has a noticeable energizing effect, best enjoyed in the morning or early afternoon.
Harvest

Brewing Instructions
Any tea vessel will work. Porcelain enhances the aroma, clay rounds out the flavor, and glass allows you to admire the unfurling leaves. For a 100 ml serving, 4 grams of tea is ideal.
