Yin Si "Silver Strands" spring 2023

Yin Si "Silver Strands" is a green tea from the Yunanan province. The raw material is thin curved leaves twisted into silver-green flagella with an abundance of delicate fleecy buds. When dry, it has a rich herbal aroma with nutty undertones. When brewed, it gives a light golden infusion. The bouquet of the finished tea is refreshing and spicy, filled with herbaceous, woody and berry notes. Tea has a tonic and refreshing effect.
