Brewing Instructions
For maximum aroma, use a porcelain gaiwan. For a richer, more robust taste, try a Yixing clay teapot. Warm your teaware well before brewing. Use boiling water. For short infusions, take 5-6 grams per 100 ml; for steeping, use 4 grams per 250 ml.
