A green Chinese tea from Fujian Province, the name Mao Jian Ye Sheng (毛尖野生, "Wild Hairy Tips") reflects its wild origins. This is distinctly felt in the tea’s taste and aroma, showcasing a bright, rich profile with a subtle tartness. Only small, tender buds have been selected to preserve the delicacy of the green tea.
Aroma
Bright, fresh, slightly spicy, with light floral notes. Subtle hints of fruit and vanilla, accompanied by spices.
Taste and Aftertaste
Sweet and herbaceous, with a refreshing taste that transitions smoothly into astringent, slightly minty, and spicy aftertaste. Notes of fresh grass and flowers, with a light tartness reminiscent of forest berries.

Brewing Instructions
Use a thin-walled porcelain gaiwan or a glass teapot, and water at a temperature not exceeding 80°C. It is recommended to brew using short, quick infusions.
