Sheng Pu'er from Old Trees in Convenient Pearl Form, Individually Wrapped.

The pearls are made from raw material from straight-trunked tea trees aged 80-100 years from the Imperial Garden of the famous Kun Lu Shan mountain in Pu'er County and pressed by order of Art of Tea. The first spring harvest, unique region, and powerful, energized raw material from old trees shape the distinctive character of this sheng pu'er.

Aroma:

Fresh greenery, foliage, floral honey.

Taste:

Soft, sweet, with notes of juicy greens, flowers, and fruits. No astringency or bitterness, refreshing, bright, with a pleasant aftertaste. It has great potential for developing and deepening in flavor.

Effects:

Energizes, quenches thirst, inspires, intoxicates.

Production:

Harvest — April 2023, pressing — May 2023, Imperial Garden of Kun Lu Shan, Pu'er County, Yunnan Province, China.

Format:

Pearl 7-9 grams.

Brewing Instructions:

Thoroughly warm the vessel before brewing, whether it's a gaiwan or Yixing teapot. Use boiling water. Porcelain enhances the aroma, while clay rounds out and deepens the flavor. The pour-over method allows for multiple flavors from one brewing. Steeping saves time and provides one, but fully developed, flavor. Boiling over an open flame will fully reveal the tea’s potential, making it full-bodied, rich, and powerful.
