Brewing Instructions:
Thoroughly warm the vessel before brewing, whether it's a gaiwan or Yixing teapot. Use boiling water. Porcelain enhances the aroma, while clay rounds out and deepens the flavor. The pour-over method allows for multiple flavors from one brewing. Steeping saves time and provides one, but fully developed, flavor. Boiling over an open flame will fully reveal the tea’s potential, making it full-bodied, rich, and powerful.
