History
In the late 1980s, the Japanese developed a technology for processing tea leaves in an oxygen-free environment, which allowed them to create tea with increased GABA content. Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) helps with focus and productivity, slightly lowers blood pressure, relaxes, and relieves tension.

Brewing Instructions
Use the method that best suits your taste: steeping, flash brewing, or even boiling in the style of Lu Yu. Warm the teaware beforehand. For flash brewing, use 5 grams of tea per 100 ml of water. For steeping or boiling, the ratio is 1 gram per 100 ml of water.
