History
In the late 1980s, the Japanese developed a technology for processing tea leaves in an oxygen-free environment, allowing for the creation of tea with increased GABA content. Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) helps enhance focus and productivity, slightly lowers blood pressure, relaxes, and relieves tension.
Aroma
Bright and sweet, with distinct jam-like, berry, and sweet-sour notes.
Taste
Juicy, buttery, compote-like, refreshing, with a slight resinous hint, along with fruity, berry, and pastry-honey nuances.

Brewing Instructions
Experiment with the method that suits you best—flash brewing, steeping, or even boiling in the style of Lu Yu. Warm the teaware beforehand. For flash brewing, use 5 grams of tea per 100 ml of water. For steeping or boiling, the ratio is 1 gram per 100 ml of water.
