A classic Taiwanese GABA oolong with a spherical roll and medium roasting level. Harvested from Qing Xin cultivar bushes in the Alishan tea region, at an altitude of approximately 1500 meters.
History
In the late 1980s, the Japanese developed a technique to process tea leaves without oxygen, enabling them to produce tea with increased GABA content. Gamma-aminobutyric acid (GABA) helps improve focus and productivity, slightly lowers blood pressure, relaxes, and relieves tension.
Aroma
Soft, rich, fruity-berry with a slight bready note.
Taste
Soft, juicy, warm, bready, with dried fruit tones and a bright berry tang in a juicy aftertaste.
Effects
Notably relaxing and meditative, yet gently focusing and concentrating.

Brewing Instructions
You can experiment with different methods: flash brewing, steeping, or even boiling in the style of Lu Yu. Warm your teaware beforehand. For flash brewing, use 5 grams of tea per 100 ml of water. For steeping or boiling, the ratio is 1 gram per 100 ml of water.
