Taste
Soft, with pronounced sweetness and tartness, featuring notes of fruits, berries, and buttery pastries. Noble and rich, reminiscent of both Fujian oolongs and red teas, as well as heavily roasted Taiwanese GABA oolongs.

Brewing Instructions
Experiment with the method that suits your taste—flash brewing, steeping, or even boiling in the style of Lu Yu. Warm your teaware beforehand. For flash brewing, use 6 grams of tea per 100 ml of water. For steeping or boiling, the ratio is 1 gram per 100 ml of water.
