A Shu Pu-erh with an unconventional, vibrant flavor profile, made from select raw material harvested from old trees. Released by Yun Ming Tea Factory in the Year of the Tiger, which is reflected in the bright packaging design. The blend includes many large, dark leaves and bright, reddish buds. The pressing is medium, and the cake breaks easily by hand.

Aroma Bright, expressive, sweet, woody, and resinous, with hints of prunes and poplar buds.

Flavor Smooth, dense, with a distinctive profile, well-balanced, and pleasant to drink. Distinct notes of dried fruits—figs, raisins, goji berries—are complemented by chocolate, spicy, and creamy nuances. Leaves a spicy, juicy aftertaste.

Brewing Instructions Thoroughly warm the teaware. Rinse the tea with boiling water before brewing. For brewing with the infusion method, use 5-7 grams of Pu-erh per 100 ml of water. Use boiling water and steep for 5-30 seconds according to your taste. The tea can withstand at least 5 infusions.
