Bai Ji Guan "White Rooster Comb" is a unique and rare variety of Wuyi oolong tea with light, greenish-yellow leaves that inspired its name.

The tea is harvested in April-May from tender young leaves.

It stands apart from other "classic" rock oolongs. If you haven't tried Bai Ji Guan yet, it will undoubtedly be a revelation. It combines a little of everything—features reminiscent of Wuyi oolongs, Guangdong teas, Taiwanese oolongs, and even white teas.
