Brewing Instructions
For a sweeter, softer flavor, use slightly cooled water at 85-90°C. Boiling water will bring out a slight bitterness, which might not be to everyone's taste, but it's up to individual preference. Warm the teaware well. For flash brewing, use 5 grams per 100 ml of water. For steeping, use 4 grams per 250 ml of water. First flash brew should be around 5 seconds, while steeping time is around 4 minutes.
Enjoy your tea session!
